This Shipping and Delivery Policy (the "Policy") governs the logistics and fulfillment services provided by Soveh to its Retail Partners (B2B) and End Customers (B2C). By placing an order on the Platform, you agree to the terms stipulated below.

1. Order Fulfillment And Processing

1.1 Confirmation

All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company. Processing commences only after:

  • Successful confirmation of digital payment; or
  • Explicit approval of the order by the Company or its authorized Retail Partner.

1.2 Processing Timeline

The Company endeavors to process all orders within 24 hours. However, processing times may fluctuate based on product availability, stock verification, and the operational status of our logistics partners.

2. Delivery Network And Serviceable Areas

Soveh utilizes a hybrid logistics model consisting of:

  • Direct Logistics: Managed by SREYANIMTI PRIVATE LIMITED.
  • Partner Retailer Fulfillment: Localized delivery through authorized retail partners to ensure speed and efficiency.
  • Third-Party Logistics (3PL): Partnership with reputable courier and transport services.

Coverage: Serviceable areas are determined by real-time logistics feasibility and are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Delivery Timelines

The estimated delivery window is determined by the distance and the nature of the product (e.g., dairy vs. electronics):

  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for select locations and specific product categories (e.g., essentials and perishables).
  • Standard Delivery: 1 to 3 business days for most other locations.

Note: These timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

4. Shipping And Delivery Charges

The cost of delivery is calculated dynamically based on:

  • Geographic Distance: From the fulfillment center/retail partner to the delivery address.
  • Consignment Value: Bulk orders may qualify for discounted or zero shipping fees as per active promotions.
  • Operational Overheads: Inclusive of fuel surcharges and handling fees where applicable.

Total charges will be clearly disclosed to the User at the "Checkout" stage before final payment.

5. Force Majeure And Delays

Pursuant to legal standards, the Company shall not be held liable for failure to deliver or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Extreme weather conditions or natural disasters.
  • Government-mandated lockdowns or restrictions.
  • Civil unrest, strikes, or public disruptions.
  • Systematic failures in third-party logistics networks.

In such events, the Company will make reasonable efforts to resume delivery services at the earliest opportunity.

6. Shipment Tracking

Users may monitor the status of their consignments via the "Order Tracking" module within the Soveh Application. Real-time updates are provided once the package has been dispatched from the point of origin.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

A delivery is categorized as "Failed" under the following circumstances:

  • User Unavailability: No authorized person is present to receive the order at the provided address.
  • Inaccurate Information: Incorrect or incomplete delivery address or contact number.
  • Refusal of Receipt: The customer refuses to accept a valid and undamaged order.

Consequences: In cases of repeated failed deliveries due to User negligence, the Company reserves the right to suspend the User’s account and recover logistics costs from any future refunds or via legal notice.
